Penrith Ladies went top of the League after they scored a 5-3 win at Haslingden after conceding an early goal.
They came back well and their five-goal tally took them to 57 by the end of September, a remarkable total.
The fightback had started quickly as five minutes after Haslingden went in front when Abbie Forster got herself on the end of a great pass to fire home for the equaliser.
Soon afterwards Heather Fawkes got herself into a similar position and she made no mistake to give Penrith the lead.
When Penrith applied more pressure they had Haslingden in trouble and it resulted in an own goal.
On the stroke of half-time Forster grabbed her second to give Penrith a 4-1 lead at the break.
Haslingden did a lot better in the second half and after scoring from a cross which eluded everyone to find the net, they scored a really good team goal and were right back in it at 4-3.
Penrith had to defend really well against strong home pressure and it was with relief when they broke to score a fifth before the end with Forster completing her hat-trick.
It was a very good win in the end with Georgia Campbell named Penrith’s player of the match.
