Vintage games magazines topped the lots in Mitchell’s Vintage & Antique Toy Sale last week.
The most valuable items in the sale were the original first five editions of the 1970s Dungeons & Dragons magazine The Dragon, which had been estimated at £400 to £600 but eventually sold for £1,900 due to their rarity and popularity among collectors.

Highlights among a private collection of over 100 Charlie Bears and Steiff soft toys were a large Charlie Bear Wumbles sold for £350 and a Steiff limited edition King Ludwig in its original box which made £300.
