Comedian Jimmy Carr is bringing his new stand-up show to Carlisle’s Sands Centre later this year.
Jimmy Carr: Laughs Funny will be at the venue on November 19.
One of the biggest selling comedians in the world, Jimmy consistently performs to capacity crowds around the globe.
His last tour, Terribly Funny, sold over a million tickets internationally and was performed in 50 different countries.
The tour is also visiting arenas and the publicity for the tour says: “Jimmy tells jokes, and jokes are like magnets.
“Jokes attract people, but they can also repel.
“Some people are repelled by Jimmy’s dark brand of comedy. This show is not for them.
“But if it’s the kind of thing you like, then this is the kind of thing you’ll like.”
