A man is in a critical condition in hospital after an incident in Cockermouth.
Police were called at around 5.30am today, Friday May 9, to the report of a concern for the welfare of a man found on Horsman Street.
A man in his 60s was taken to the West Cumberland Hospital in Whitehaven, where he remains in a critical condition.
