Cumbrian Women’s Tier 3 team have wrapped up their debut T20 campaign.
The side finished third, recording six wins from 10 matches.
They delivered wins against Herefordshire twice, Lincolnshire twice, Norfolk and Northumberland.
Captain Sarah Earl led from the front, both tactically and with the bat, guiding the team through high-pressure situations, including delivering an emotional and heartfelt team talk after the one-run win against Norfolk.
The team now turns its focus to the upcoming 50-over campaign, starting with an away fixture against Herefordshire on Sunday August 10 at Colwall Cricket Club.
