Salford has started an investigation into incidents during the Championship game with Barrow on Sunday.
They said there was behaviour which they considered was completely unacceptable and will study CCTV footage.
A Salford statement said: “There is no place at our club for anti-social behaviour.
“We will work closely with stadium management and the RFL to identify those involved.
“Anyone identified will face appropriate action which may include banning orders.”
In a tense finish Barrow had won 22-20 with two late penalty goals in the 77th and 78th minutes.
