
A 17-year-old is due to appear in court today after an incident at a derelict Cumbrian hotel.
The incident happened at the Gilsland Hotel, near Carlisle, on July 26.
Cumbria police said its detectives had charged the youth, who cannot be named because he is under 18, as part of the investigation.
The 17-year-old boy, from Manchester, was charged with four counts of false imprisonment and three counts of robbery.
He is set to appear at Carlisle’s magistrates court today, August 7.
