
A north Cumbrian road will be closed for a total of 10 days for pothole repairs and patching.
The C1035 between Faugh and How, near Carlisle, will be closed Monday to Friday from next Monday, November 24.
The work is scheduled to last for 10 working days, subject to weather and site conditions.
The road will be closed from 8pm to 4pm while work is carried out.
The two phases of work are:
- Phase 1: From Monday November 24 to Friday November 28 at Faugh to How.
- Phase 2: From Monday December 1 to Friday December 5 at Cairn Bank Junction to Warrenhill Junction.
A diversion will be in place throughout the duration of the work.
Access for emergency service vehicles, pedestrians, and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. Waste collection and school bus services will continue as normal.
