Cumberland County League returns to action tomorrow with six fixtures – three in each of the divisions.
Unisun Athletic have the chance to go top of the Premier Division if they win their home fixture against Cockermouth.
They currently trail champions and leaders Maryport Athletic by two points and this is one of their two games in hand.
Maryport were held 2-2 at home by Keswick in the last game before the seasonal break.
That was Keswick’s best performance of the season and they resume with a trip to Whitehaven Miners Social who are mid-table.
The other game in the top flight sees Wigton Harriers hosting the bottom side Cleator Moor Celtic reserves.
In Division One Dearham United will be looking to cut the gap on leaders Northbank when they entertain Unisun Development. Dearham are currently four points behind with three games in hand.
Carlisle City Development are still looking for their first point of the season but might fancy their chances at home to the side immediately above them, Bransty Rangers.
The West Cumbrians, however, have won once and drawn twice in eight matches so far.
The other game sees fourth placed Cockermouth reserves at home to Whitehaven reserves who are four points behind in seventh.
