Machinery worth £9,000 has been stolen from a yard and shed in Wigton.
The incident happened at some point between 7.30pm on Friday 30 January and Saturday 31 January at Oulton Hall, in the town.
Police are appealing for any witnesses or motorists who passed the area in the above time frame to assist with the identification of suspects or suspicious vehicles.
