The Cumberland FA have considered the implications of two Sunday County Cup ties from 10 days ago.
Maryport Amateurs declined to play The Sun at Cleator Moor because they felt the changing rooms were not up to standard due to refurbishment work.
That will now be played this Sunday at Cleator Moor with the winners landing a home quarter final tie with the Carlisle League side Morton West.
However, Senhouse Street Club who beat Deer Orchard 7-6 on penalties after a 3-3 draw, have been eliminated from the competition.
One of the Senhouse players was not registered in line with the Sunday League process which made him ineligible for the game on January 25.
As a result, Senhouse have been removed from the competition and Orchard will go through to an attractive home tie against Carlisle side Denton Holme.
Senhouse Street can appeal the decision by the FA County Cup sanctions and competition committee, and have been set a deadline of 5pm on February 11.
The quarter final ties will be played on Sunday March 1.
