Around £720-worth of goods have been stolen from a Cockermouth supermarket.
Cumbria police said he made no attempt to pay at Sainsbury’s in the town on February 25 at around 3.10pm.
Officers have issued a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to as part of the investigation.
The man was wearing a dark jacket with a grey shirt underneath and had short, grey hair.
