A man will appear at Carlisle Crown Court next month accused of stalking and a hate crime.
Brandon Watson, 25, of Housesteads Road, Carlisle, appeared at Carlisle Magistrates Court on Monday, charged with racially aggravated fear of violence by words and stalking involving fear of violence.
The hate crime offence relates to an incident on September 17 last year against a woman.
The stalking offence is against a man between January 1 and March 20 this year.
Watson has been bailed to appear at Carlisle Crown Court on April 20.
