Due to an horrendous weather forecast, this weekend’s Press and Practice for the Workington Comets event has been rearranged for Good Friday.
Gates and pits will be open to the public from 11.30am on April 3, with timings and the schedule for the day remaining the exact same as the original date.
The pits will be open to the public for a rider autograph session, which will last approximately 30 minutes. All seven of the 2026 Comets will be in attendance along with the youngsters riding for the Meteors.
Season tickets will also be available to collect at the second bend track shop, as well as a range of merchandise and accessories available to purchase.
It means that the new season opening meeting will take place on the following day, Saturday April 4 when the Redcar Bears visit in the BSN Series with a 3pm start.
