Cumbria Crack has signed a sponsorship deal with Appleby Cricket Club.

We are sponsoring the club’s first and second teams for the 2026 season.

Morgan Fothergill, first team captain, said: “We welcome the sponsorship from Cumbria Crack, which has a strong track record of supporting grassroots sport with its coverage.

“Their backing means a lot to us and the Appleby community. The club is going from strength to strength and support like this really matters.”

Andy Barr, owner of Barrnon Media, which runs Cumbria Crack, said: “We are delighted to be able to support Appleby Cricket Club in this way.

“Cumbria Crack is passionate about local sport and as a proud Cumbrian firm, we believe it is vital to support sporting clubs – they encourage teamwork and community spirit.”
