Workington Town have announced the date of their annual challenge against the Workington Cricket Club.
They will meet at the Valentine Ground on Friday July 10 in a T20-style contest for the Wilf Harrison Memorial Shield.
Wilf was a former chairman and prominent shareholder at Town, who was also a keen cricketer playing for Workington and British Steel.
Fundraising will be a main focus of the night and all money raised will be donated to Every Life Matters.
A Town spokesman said: “We are proud to once again support the incredible local charity Every Life Matters, with all fundraising proceeds going directly to their vital work.
“While admission is free, there will be a donation bucket at the gate, with all donations going to Every Life Matters.
There are sponsorship opportunities available including team sponsorships and match ball sponsorships.
The action gets underway at 6pm.
