Carlisle Crown Court

[A] MAN has admitted being concerned in the supply of class A drugs in Kendal.

Darren John Morgan, 48, pleaded guilty to two offences when he appeared at Carlisle Crown Court.

These were being concerned in the supply of both heroin and cocaine. The court heard his offending occurred between November 29 and December 22 last year.

Morgan, of Stricklandgate, Kendal, was said to have submitted a written basis for his guilty pleas, accepting he was involved in drugs supply on two dates.

His case was adjourned by Recorder Julie Clemitson until August 17, and he will receive his punishment in due course.

Two Liverpool-based men are also awaiting sentence in respect of related drugs offending. They are Anthony Joseph Collins, 39, of Scott Close, Kirkdale, and 23-year-old Robert Gerard Skillen, of Baker Street, Huyton.

Collins and Skillen have previously admitted conspiring to supply the two class A drugs.
