Police are appealing for witnesses to a fail-to-stop road traffic collision, which happened outside the One Stop shop, on Main Road, Seaton, between 9am and 9.20am on Tuesday 27th August.
The incident is reported have involved a dark coloured Toyota Hilux pickup, with a towbar on the back and bull bar to the front and a red Suzuki Alto.
