Eden Police are investigating an incident which occurred at the junction of Rowcliffe Lane and Crown Square, Penrith at around 7pm on Sunday 10 November 2019 where the ambulance service attended a man who had sustained a serious head injury.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “The incident was not reported to police until 14 November and the circumstances surrounding how the man came to be injured are unknown.
“Officers are appealing for anybody who may have witnessed the incident to come forward.
“The man attended Cumberland Infirmary but has since been discharged.”
