A Wigton woman has appeared before District Judge Gerald Chalk today (TUES) sitting at Carlisle Magistrates Court.
Genna Fowler, 25, of Spittal Farm, Wigton is accused of knowingly or recklessly to obtaining or disclosing personal data without consent of controller, on dates between May 4th and 17th 2019.
Also between the same dates she is accused of causing a computer to perform a function to secure or enable unauthorised access to a program/data held on a computer or to enable any access to be secured at Penrith.
Fowler pleaded not-guilty to both allegations, the judge was told the alleged offences took place on a police computer at Penrith, the case was committed to Carlisle Crown Court to be heard on February 24.
