A man in his late 60s made a threatening gesture in Workington.
Police are probing the public order offence on Finkle Street at about 1.30pm on December 22.
It is alleged that the suspect made a threatening gesture towards the victim, which has caused him to feel distressed.
The suspect is described as a man in his late 60s with grey hair which is receding around the sides. Police are appealing for anyone with information relating to this incident can report online at www.cumbria.police.uk/reportit, quoting incident number 93 of December 22.
