The best friend of Natalie and Harry Kane says the pair will be “a big miss”, as she paid tribute to their lives.
The 27-year-old mother and her one-year-old son Harry were celebrated at a joint funeral service in St Mary’s Church in Maryport last week.
Natalie and Harry were found at an address in Whitehaven on December 30 after concerns were raised about Natalie’s welfare.
The events leading to their deaths has yet to be revealed but Cumbria Constabulary say that “there were no suspicious circumstances” and that the coroner has been informed.
“Their funeral was beautiful, the turnout was amazing, she’d of been so happy to see how loved her and Harry are by so many people,” said Ashton Graham, best friend of Natalie.
“She’d of been so proud of everyone pulling together to give them both the send-off they deserve. I’m so grateful I was able to be a part of doing this one last thing for them both as her best friend.
“They’re going to be such a big miss, it just doesn’t feel right not seeing her face or hearing her laugh anymore. I’ll forever cherish our memories.”
