In the Premier Division, Workington Athletic closed to within six points of leaders Aspatria, with a 5-0 win over Northbank. There was a double from Connor Hammell with others added by Gareth Brunton, Macaulay Sharp and Elias Demetriou.

Pirelli are just four points behind Workington Athletic after their 5-1 success over Workington AFC Reserves. There was a hat-trick from Keiron Blair and two from Ben Campbell, with Tom Houghton replying for the visitors.

There was also a hat-trick from Gosforth’s Sam Tallantire as they won 4-0 at Cockermouth, with the other goal coming from Rhys Singleton.
