
Crews were called to an early morning fire in a bedroom in Maryport.
At 4.49am today, two fire engines and a rapid response vehicle attended a fire on Wood Street.
It involved a bedroom of a domestic property.
Six firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used two hose reel jets to extinguish the blaze.
They were at the scene for about two hours.
