A man was approached by two teens who shouted racist abuse at him in Carlisle.
Police are investigating the incident, which happened between 2pm and 3pm on August 16 at Holme Head Bay, Denton Holme.
The man, in his 20s, was approached by two boys aged 16 to 17. One had brown hair and one had blond hair.
Officers are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
