Tuesday night’s friendly between Barrow and Stockport County at Holker Street has been cancelled.
County have announced on their website that the game has been cancelled due to a change in their training schedule this week.
On their website Barrow say: “We are extremely disappointed to reveal that we have been notified our friendly due to take place on Tuesday night against Stockport County has been cancelled due to factors outside of our control.
“Due to the short notice cancellation, we will be unable to arrange another fixture on Tuesday night.
“Fans who have already purchased tickets for this match can re-use their tickets for ONE of the friendly matches listed below:
Saturday 27 July: Barrow AFC vs Real Union Club
Tuesday 30 July: Barrow AFC vs AFC Fylde
Saturday 3 August: Barrow AFC vs Wigan Athletic
“Alternately, if you wish to receive a full refund, please phone the office on 01229 666010, or email us at [email protected].”
Fans have ben told they have 14 days to claim their refund.
