Police are investigating after a person was assaulted at Hammond’s Pond in Carlisle.
The incident took place on Sunday, July 21, at around 7.45pm. No one was injured.
Officers are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident.
The suspect is described a white man between 22 and 25 years old and was wearing a black baseball cap, a black top and grey shorts.
