Windscale were left kicking their heels again last night when the opposition pulled out of the fixture.
It was the second time that Bishop Auckland reserves had been unable to raise sufficient players to travel to West Cumbria.
Travelling mid-week appears to be their problem but it’s something Windscale do on a regular basis.
It is believed that the fixture has been re-scheduled for October – with a mid-week date.
Meanwhile Windscale are back on the road at the weekend as they travel to Richmond who are next to bottom with only two draws and two defeats so far on their playing record.
