Workington Reds have been drawn at home in the first qualifying round of the FA Cup.
But they won’t know their opponents until tomorrow night when Bury host Stalybridge Celtic in a replay.
Meanwhile, county neighbours Kendal Town are in replay action themselves tomorrow night at home to Northallerton Town.
Both sides have the incentive, after Saturday’s 2-2 draw, of a home tie on August 30 with Dunston.
Workington, with all due respects to Stalybridge, will be hoping for a Bury win which would provide the prospect of a really healthy away support to boost the attendance.
They drew 1-1 at Stalybridge on Saturday.
Both play in the NPL West Division and so far each have drawn once at home and won once away.
Reds last played Bury in the first round proper of the FA Cup in 2007 at Gigg Lane.
Darren Edmondson was in his first spell as manager at the time and Reds, after scoring a second half equaliser, eventually went down 4-1.
Bury were a Football League side then and are currently battling back up the football pyramid.
They were thrown out of the Football League in 2019 when a proposed takeover fell through at the last minute.
Winners of the ties on August 30 will earn £2,250.
