A Maryport man has been jailed for drug offences.

He was arrested and a further search conducted.
Officers also found more scales, £2,325 in cash and large quantity of gold jewellery.
A vehicle linked to Ward was also searched were officer seized bags of white powder.
Examinations of the powders found cocaine along with a cutting agent.
In total, 56g of 85% purity cocaine with a street value of £6,400 was found.
DC Richard Melton, of Cumbria police’s Community Serious Organised Crime Unit, said: “Ward denied being involved in the supply of cocaine and blamed other for the items located at his home address.
“We continue to actively target county line drug dealing to protect our communities and vulnerable people from those that seek to target them.
“Report any suspicious or drug dealing activity in your area, that one piece of intelligence could be the key to taking drug dealers off the streets of our county.”
