Carlisle United completed a National League double over Forest Green when they won 3-1 at the Bolt New Lawn.
It was a near-perfect performance from Mark Hughes’ men as they scored three tikmes inside the first 29 minutes to take a firm grip on the game.
Stephen Wearne gave them an 11th minute lead and skipper Morgan Feeney doubled the advantage after 22 minutes.
The goal of the game came on 29 minutes when David Ajiboye showed some great skill to beat a series of defenders before driving in the third goal.
Forest Green did have early incentive when Jay Mingi scored seven minutes after the interval but that as good as it got for the hosts.
