Two people have appeared in court in connection with a series of break-ins in Eden last year.
In mid-July, police received several reports of properties being broken into and items taken in Stainton and the surrounding areas.
Jodie Cash, 23, of Granville Terrance, Huddersfield and John Moorhouse, 30 of no fixed address, have both been charged with four counts of burglary.
Moorhouse was also charged with escaping lawful custody.
Both have been remanded into custody after a hearing today, March 11, at Barrow Magistrates Court. They are next due to appear in court on April 10.
