
A 17-year-old boy is in a critical condition following a collision on the A6.
The incident happened near Milestone House, north of Penrith, on Friday May 1, at around 10pm.
It involved a white Audi and the 17-year-old, who was a pedestrian.
Emergency services, including an air ambulance, attended.
The 17-year was taken to hospital and remains in a critical condition today, police said.
It added the Audi driver remained at the scene of the collision and engaged with police.
Police are investigating the incident and are encouraging anyone who saw the collision or the moments leading up to it, or anyone who has dashcam which may be of assistance – or anyone else who can help – to come forward.
