
World Superbike champion Sylvain Guintoli has been in the Lake District to climb Scafell Pike.
The MotoGP TV pundit, who was World Superbike champion in 2014 and is also a test rider for the series, posted on social media that he was in the Lake District.
In 2021, he won the 24 hours of Le Mans endurance race.
The 43-year-old said it was his first time in the Lake District National Park and he was here on a day trip on his motorbike.
He called it ‘absolutely breathtaking’.
Guintoli works for TNT Sport and is part of its MotoGP team
