Barrow Raiders host the revived Halifax Panthers on Sunday in their latest Championship fixture.
Paul Crarey’s men are looking to extend their winning run in the competition to five games as they bid to chase down hot favourites London Broncos at the top.
The Raiders won 46-12 at Rochdale Hornets last week and Crarey has made only one change with Seth Woodend returning from his Whitehaven loan and replacing Jarrad Stack in the 21-strong squad.
Halifax Panthers missed the start of the season through financial issues and were given a 12-point penalty, six of which they have clawed back through their three wins from six games so far. They were beaten 28-12 at home last week by Oldham,
The Panthers will be without Leon Cowen and Ben Tibbs due to injury and Brandon Douglas has been recalled from his month long loan by Bradford Bulls.
However Will Brough is included on a week’s loan from Leigh Leopards alongside trialists Matty Fletcher and Jimmy Morgan.
The 24 year old forward Fletcher has previous experience at Oldham, North Wales, Swinton and last season with Hunslet.
Outside back Morgan was part of the Jamaica squad for last year’s World Cup when he was playing for the National Conference League side Hunslet ARLFC.
